Next Step advocates for individuals and families in Clarion County and surrounding areas with free Christ-centered consultation services and educational programs related to unplanned pregnancy, healthy choices, and personal wholeness reflecting values that uphold sexual integrity and the sanctity of life.
Next Step depends on community support to stay in operation. From financial and material donations to our volunteers, we can make the impact that we do thanks to your generosity and involvement. If you are interested in partnering with our ministry, we have several ways for you to become involved.
Donate
Thank you for your donations. Generous community donations like yours ensure we can help as many women as possible. Your donations are directly providing women in the community experiencing an unplanned pregnancy with pregnancy tests, options counseling, and education. We greatly appreciate your support.

Material Goods Donation
One of the ways Next Step supports women who choose to parent is by offering materials like diapers, wipes, baby clothes, etc. We accept donations of these items from the community. Call Next Step to learn which contributions would be most helpful at a given time.
Volunteer
If you have a heart for helping women and men facing unplanned pregnancies, we have a place for you to serve. Learn more about the individual roles we have available and apply for your desired position. Whatever your talents are, we can find a place for them here.
- Lifeline Volunteers: Work directly with clients in the role of client advocate.
- Life Support Volunteers: Serve behind the scenes in a number of roles like yard care, cleaning, organizing items donated to our Nursery Nook, or making copies.
- Life Giver Volunteer: Assist with outreach/or fundraising events within the community.
- Church Ambassador: Represent Next Step at your church. Share the needs and activities of Next Step with the leaders and church body.

Next Step hosts events throughout the year to increase awareness about our ministry and raise funds to support our mission. Please consider joining us at one of our events or planning your own to support Next Step.
Baby Bottle Boomerang
Churches can partner with Next Step through baby bottle campaigns. Next Steps will provide baby bottles that church members can fill with their donations. Baby bottles can be filled with coins, cash, or checks. We can also offer promotional materials, such as bulletin inserts, flyers, or announcement slides. A Next Step speaker can also be scheduled to speak to the congregation to kick off this event. Contact Next Step to schedule your church’s campaign.
Plan a Baby Shower
Next Step supports expecting mothers by offering free baby supplies like diapers, wipes, and baby clothes from our Nursery Nook. One way we receive donations of material goods is through baby showers held by churches, women’s ministries, or Bible study groups.
Plan a baby shower in support of Next Step. Donations to support our Nursery Nook are greatly appreciated. Consider asking baby shower guests to bring diapers for a raffle and either small, individual donations like clothing or baby formula or to team up with other guests to purchase bigger gifts like strollers or high chairs. Every donation to our Nursery Nook meets the needs of expectant mothers as they prepare for the arrival of their little ones.
Baby showers also provide an opportunity for your church to learn more about what Next Step is doing in the community. A speaker from Next Step will be available to share how your involvement grows our ministry and allows us to continue providing resources and support to women and men experiencing unplanned pregnancies.
